Would give 100 stars if I could! Relocated my pup from Canada to Romania. I knew this would be way too much work to handle on my own. I called multiple pet relocation services but the moment o spoke to Mona, I knew she knew her stuff. So knowledgeable, patient, available, and truly an advocate for me and my dog when it came to vet appointments and the appointment with the CFIA. She even helped me navigate a heat embargo with one airline and switched me to another. There was an extra fee to switch airlines but it was well worth it to get my girl here safely and quickly. The driver, Paul, who got my dog was excellent, called me and texted me the whole way through. And finally, Michael, who received my dog in Europe was fantastic. So so good with her and kept me at ease. This is a terrific service and saved me months of headache. Highly recommend paws en route and their fabulous team!!!!

They provided the absolute best service even though Air Canada was majorly delayed Mona did everything in her power to move my dog to a new flight.She was very attentive, sorted and confident and I did not have a single issue the whole way.I’m grateful for their service and highly recommend.

We used Paws on Route back in September 2025 to successfully relocate Arnold, our senior Great Dane, from Canada to Italy. Mona made this (very) stressful process seamless and provided us with support at every step. She was very responsive, made sure that all the paperwork was in order and booked my mandatory CFIA appointment. Thanks to Mona, Arnold is enjoying the dolce vita !

This company is beyond Fantastic! Our family was moving on very short notice from one corner of the country to the other. We assumed that Gruber (our family pet) flying with us was a forgone conclusion, it was not. An airline our tickets were with for a portion of the trip would not ship Gruber due to his breed.A friend of ours mentioned Paws en Route to us. On extremely short notice (24 hours) Paws en Route lined up flights for Gruber, places for Gruber to board at multiple cities, drivers to do airport pick up and drops off of Gruber. On top of all of this had to deal with a 24 hour weather delay on the last leg seamlessly.I did not know this company existed two weeks ago. I do not know what we would have done without them.

It is the second time in a row that I have used Paws en Route's services for my little Lily's travel to South Africa. Anybody who knows how difficult it is to navigate the complex and demanding South African pet export system will appreciate the praise I have for Paws en Route. Alexandra was an incredibly patient and efficient broker during the entire process. We moved to Belgium and bringing Mungo was without a doubt the part we were most stressed about.  However, Mona and the Paws en route team did an absolutely fantastic job at every step. Always available, she walked us through the bureaucracy and was never bothered by the many questions I threw at her.  Although she never actually said it, it is clear that she understands how unhinged dog owners can be about their dogs and was reassuring throughout the entire process.What was most impressive is how quickly she was able to adapt to changing circumstances.  With a heat warning looming for Toronto, she got Mungo out a day earlier than scheduled and set it up so that he was kenneled and taken care of at the Brussels airport until we caught up with him.Everything went down the way she said it would, and he clearly enjoyed the trip - that's him in the Brussels Airport kennel playing with the staff.All that to say, I would recommend their service without hesitation and we will be using it when we come back to Canada.

Alexandra guided me through every document ensuring all the documents match.  Alexandra was available via email and phone 24/7. She even worked with me till 1 AM to ensure that my pet travels safe and sound. She has allowed me to call her as early as 7 am to help me.  Alexandra truly went above and beyond for my pet and consider him as a family member.Alexandra went back and forth with my me and pet transportation agency in Dubai to assure all paper work was completed.Unfortunately due to the circumstances with airlines, my pet couldn’t travel the day off.  However, even under stressful circumstances, Paws En Route took such great care of my pet. . They provided overnight kennel with transportation and drop off to the cargo the next day.
