What our customers are saying

We recently relocated from Canada to the UK and I was very anxious about transporting my cat Smudge. The process seemed very complex so I decided to work with Paws en route and I’m so glad that I did! Mona explained every step clearly, guided me through all the necessary paperwork and was quick to respond to any questions I had. From start to finish, the service was excellent and my precious Smudge had a smooth and problem free journey to the UK. Thank you to Mona and the Paws en route team!

I could not be happier with Paws en route. They provided the absolute best service even though Air Canada was majorly delayed Mona did everything in her power to move my dog to a new flight. She was very attentive, sorted and confident and I did not have a single issue the whole way.I’m grateful for their service and highly recommend.

 Pasha Moezzi

I would highly recommend Paws en Route. Sue was amazing to deal with and I couldn’t be happier. She was very helpful with information of everything we needed to get our girl safely home. The driver Paul, who picked up our girl and brought her to the airport was fantastic as well. He kept us updated until she was put safely on her plane. A 10 out of 10 service and I will certainly use them again. Thank you Sue and Paul.
