Paws en route (PAWS) is a full-service pet transportation company. We provide the following ground transportation offering:
- Local Rides (less than 50 kms)
- Long Rides (greater than 50 kms)
Types of services provided to pet parents include but are not limited to:
- Veterinary appointments/emergencies
- Grooming appointments
- Airport pick-ups and drop-offs
- Boarding/ daycare
- Social outings & playdates
- Customs Brokerage services
What we are looking for:
- Pet lover, have 5+ years of experience working with or caring for animals
- Strong customer service skills
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You have a valid class G or better driver license with a clean driving record
- You have working experience with pets and are an animal lover
- You understand that the safety of pets in your care is a priority
- You have proven communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- You are punctual and dependable
- Experience in the transportation or pet industries would be an asset.
What we are offering:

What you will need – You own a vehicle:
- It must have 4 doors; preferably a SUV
- It must be no more than 7 years old
- It must be in good condition with no rust or cosmetic damage (please note that salvaged or rebuilt vehicles are not acceptable)
- It must be free of commercial branding
- It must pass an inspection by a licensed mechanic
** Please note criminal record, driver’s abstract checks, proof of vehicle registration and insurance will be required as will a safety standards certificate.
